It's Becoming Obvious...
that lenders/titles are probably getting fed up with "cheap" low quality signing services. I've had four direct contacts from LO & Escrows since mid February. The only common thing I heard and was heavily stressed in the instruction of those signings is correct/completeness of the RTC form. My guess is if the borrowers have to sign again with a new date, their RTC would start all over which delays the funding.
It's also worth mentioning that NotRot is at 90% level on my signing chart.
