Market, Market, Market!! It does pay off
I had a slow last couple of weeks, 1 signing last week and 3 this past week. I had only 1 siging this past week until I got an Emergency call at 7:45am Friday to do a 9:00am signing that had been scheduled for Wednesday. The borrowers took off work, the notary did not show. I showed up at the signing at 8:56am with edocs. Then got another emergency call due to Notary error to redo a loan yesterday afternoon. I also got a call from a Title company who is opening an office just 5 miles from me. They got my name from another site I pay for but the 2 emergency calls came from Notary Rotary. The title company asked me to sign up as a Signing agent for them. They asked if I would do in-house signings at end of month crunch and I said You Bet!!. I just renewed my membership here because of all the calls I get from this site. I right now pay for 10 sites, but will only renew a few of those sites.
