Month end rush?

Up till now, this month has been dead. This week the phone's been ringing off the hook...and of course I'm now running from one end to another, with 1 hr drive in between. Really don't want to turn down jobs right now while I'm building clientle. Good move? Or am I just being paranoid.

I have a feeling I'm picking up all the "rejects" by seasoned SA in my area because the appointments I have are all way out there!

My month has been the same. I think your doing the right thing, building up clientel with other SA "rejects" can turn into a new relationship for you! I just accepted a 3 hr r/t signing for tomorrow, but they met my "high end" fee, no problem. God luck and hang in there.

This month has been crazy (good for us) but for this Friday and Saturday not one appointment? This should be my insane days out till 1am both days.

Guess good Friday may have something to do about it?

I had my end of week all nicely planned out, a few of them almost a week ahead of time, then every appointment has been rescheduled to some other time. My head is swimming... lol...

Probably, Spring Break, kids are out of school, people going out of town or having family visit. My family came 2 weeks ago and we celebrated a Birthday early, had a BBQ and did an Easter Egg hunt with all the grandkids because I thought this week end would be crazy. So far I have 1 Saturday and 1 Friday morning appointment. It seems for me that all my month end rush is late minute, can you do this in 1 hour type calls. I have been busy all week doing 3-6 in one day though. Tuesday was my busiest, Starting with a call at 7:30am to do a 9:00am and I did 4 signings by 4:30 and did 2 that evening. I will be OK if I don't get anymore for the week. I am pooped

Re: Good Friday

Mike,

Several hours ago I got a call for a refinance signing tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. (which I accepted). So I guess some are getting scheduled for Good Friday.

It has been a quiet month. This past week though the phone is crazy and I have had to turn down jobs for the weekend because of the holiday. Don't feel that your a "reject". Build up your clientle. It will be worth it in the future. The longer you do this job, the less traveling.

crazy here! I had to turn down 2 for tomorrow night because I already have appointments and I just accepted two for tonite.... one of which I doubt I can do because it is in the middle of a Hail storm, but luckily the other is literally down the street. I called the borrower, and my son's friend's mom answered-I lucked out on this one! LoL, and she wants to hurry it up because the OSU game is on.

FYI- Ameriquest's system is down(so I have been told), so if you are waiting on docs it could be awhile.
