Mr. Sirianni
Well I tried to contact Sirianni's office about a payment due for a December, 2004 closing and their fax # and toll free number are disconnected. Anyone else have another number for them?

Re: Why are you still doing signings for him?
Ajyone who reads my posts know that I don't believe in no-no lists. But just do a search and get screenfuls of negative posts about Sirianni. Nothing more needs to be said.

These signings were done way before I even knew about this board. If I had known about him I would have not them.

geez number just rings and rings and then finally an auto attendant picks up but no one is answering any of the extensions, not even when I hit 0 for the operator.

Good luck! I've been paid (finally!) for two out of three signings. It was like pulling teeth. I'm going to file a complaint with the AG of New York. I've had it with them.

Same here...they paid me for 2 I did in November....I'm going to haunt them until I get paid. How do you go about filing a complaint with the grievance board? Anyone know? I called the lender, Alta Financial Mortgage and left a voice mail for the VP and called the title company, Barrister Title. Barrister said they couldn't do anything for me.

I had the same problem with T.S. I only did 2 for him last summer but he wouldn't pay. I sent a certified "demand" letter and copied the attorneys generals office (closest to Sirianni), I think the Hapauggue (sp) office, go online (attorney general, nys). I got paid pretty quickly after that and I think it is the only reason I got paid. Of course I never accepted any signings after that. I enclosed the confirmation order, invoice etc. and stated that TS was taking advantage of mobile notaries on the VERY difficult front lines of the signing industry. Good luck.

I found another fax number for him that does not seem to be disconnected. I'm faxing him a letter that I intend to send to the attorney general if I do not receive his check by next week. I've also contacted the bar association to have them fax me a complaint form. Fax # is Fax: 516-797-5300. I'm going to fax it and email it to [e-mail address]. Wish me luck.
