My first signing

First let me tell you thank you everyone for supporting me. I did exactly what you told me to do, relax.
It took me 45 minutes, it was a refi.
When I came back home I send what i did notorize to the signing company and she said I forgot to make them initial the RTC the dates. She said some company dont mind but others do. I went back to the borower and ask them to initial.
It was not too difficult but I was stress. I am still stress.
Tomorrow I will send the document by fed ex and wait to see if everything is alright.
They got my name from Notary Rotary so that is good.
Thank you again

Congratulations!

A few suggestions:
Make sure you set up a filing system. Keep copy of confirmation.
When you send stuff fedex/ups/dhl write the borrowers name in the section for reference #. Keep this until your paid. Can help avoid dispute over when the docs were returned. You'll be able to identify which waybill was for any given borrower. This can become important if you do more than 1 closing for the same co. on one day.
Keep a good record of mileage and expenses.
