Why can't you be requesting MA instead of MD 8-D n/m

What is a MA and a MD 8-D?

Re: Why can't you be requesting MA instead of MD 8-D n/m

It's referring to different states. The 8-D is a stupid smiley face that this "professional" feels the need to pepper his online conversations incessantly with. And if it's not that it's ROFL or other LOL or any number of irritating acronyms. Apparently he doesn't know the difference between an industry message board and text messaging his high school buddies or cruising AOL chatrooms.

Re: Why can't you be requesting MA instead of MD 8-D n/m

Doris,

Ma and MD are abbreviations for the states of Massachusetts and Maryland.

As far as 8-D, I know Korey has used this before. She lost me on this before as well as now.

As a suggestion, you might want to indicate what state you are from when you post, as some questions require state-specific answers.

For notaries checking on Nationwide Doc Prep

On 4/9/05 I received full payment for a signing on 2/28/05 (40 days earlier). The envelope stamp was cancelled on 4/605. I would be happy to do more work for Nationwide Doc Prep!

Re: For notaries checking on Nationwide Doc Prep

What mortgage and Title company was that signing through? Because I have been waiting four months for payment from Nationwide. I have done the proper investigating and the loan was funded within 3 days of Dec 2, 2004. I don't know if you can get funded much better than that and I am still waiting for payment.
