Need info on Signing Services

I am not new to the business of loan closings/signing but I always worked for Attorneys or title companies in NY. I live in Florida now and I am starting to conduct business as an Independent Contractor/Signing Agent. I attempted to market myself to local Ttile Companies here in Florida (they are on every street corner down here) but didn't get any response so I went to the web and got some names of Signing Services.

I have signed up with a few companies and I have also gotten work from companies I did not sign up with but they got my name from the directory here at this site. I was wondering if any one has had experiences with these signing companies as far as quick to pay, slow to pay or no pay at all!
The companies are:

NotaryPro
HDS (Hale Document Services)
Premier Lender Services
Florida's Best Closers
Closers on the Go
Notaries Ink
At Home Signings
Heavy Weight Title (I can't find anything indicating they even exist but they called while I was out a loan signing and said they'd call back but never did.)

I've had positive experiences with Hale, At Home , and Heavyweight Title. Paid as agreed and in a timely manner.

Hello,

NotaryPro = Never had a problem

At Home Signings = Late in payment, but once I called, they sent payment quick! (hee hee)

Heavy Weight Title = Same thing happended to me... except I was at my office... they called and said okay, we'll call you right back....... never did..... can't find anything on them either.

FURTHERMORE, you should definetly sign up with Peachtree Settlement funding as I will always tell everyone. Peachtree is my number one customer for notarial work right now. They are excellent and pay within four days of completeing the service. See my earlier post for their contact information.

NotaryPro - Cheap, too many fax backs for what they pay! Pays on time. Won't meet me fee, no longer work for them.

Premier Lender Services - Cheap, too many fax backs for what they pay! Babysitting. Won't meet me fee, no longer work for them.

Florida's Best Closers - One of the BEST in the biz! All good.

Closers on the Go - wouldn't touch'em @ $65 all inclusive. (and, didn't)

At Home Signings - Great Ladies, pay on time. Won't meet me fee, no longer work for them.

From your list, the only one I have worked for is Heavyweight Title. I did two signings for them. They met my fee and I was paid within two weeks! They're in Owings Mills, Maryland. Hope this helps.

At Home Signing does not pay late...they pay the following month for biz done previous month. It's in their agreement. They will tell you that also if you talk to them on the phone. They also pay well.

I have done work for "at home signings", "premiere" and "Notary Pro" all good companies. The best paying is "at home signings. In my opinions.
