Non Payment from excellent company. Any advise??

there is a company I did signings for and they owe me for 3 dating from dec 04 to feb 05.
I've sent Title Stream invoices with no payment. I even sent them a 30day passed due invoice for 2 of them and still nothing. Am I sending to the correct place in Carrollton TX. Numerous calls to them with no call backs also.

I finally got through the accounting dept today. Unfortunately the person (Dale) I was supposed to talk about this with had just stepped out. Will follow through in the morning and let you know how it turns out.

Re: 3-4 days is TOO soon to go into panic mode.

The ink has barely dried on the paper. This is one reason I don't put much weight in no-no lists because a message gets posted and then, like gossip, panic ensues with someone concerneed about a signing done 3-4 days prior. Granted, there are some companies that pay within 48 hours and some that pay within 2 weeks. However, there are many that pay *after* 30 days or as much as 45 to 60.

Re: 3-4 days is TOO soon to go into panic mode.

I got paid for these. I am apologizing for saying they are a no pay BECAUSE it was my bad. Actually it wasnt my fault either it was the post office. For some reason my mail was being returned to them (3 TIMES). After speaking to Dale, and finally finding out why I wasnt getting my check was such a relief. Someone had put a forward on my mail to a PO BOX and it was expired, so my mail was being returned to sender. I never had a PO BOX so I have no idea how this could have happened and not all my mail was being sent to the PO BOX so I never knew. TS was mailing to my attn but included my middle initial which was the way my mail was being forwarded. I was getting all mail that didnt include my middle initial so this has been a real pain. I put in numerous complaints to the post office and there is a current investigation but it could take time before I find out the outcome.
