Is $75 to cheap for a signing agent?

It depends on the type of loan you are closing. If it is refi $75.00 is good. Also depends on how far you have to travel.

Please read all of the previous posts on this Forum. You will find a wealth of information, including fees people charge for services.

There are other factors to consider.
How far will you have to travel?
How much competion do you have in your area?
SS or Title Co.
