I am looking to move to PA. What are the laws in PA? Example: In MD we need to be L. T. Producer, WV they use Attorneys. TIA

There are no specific laws for signing agents in PA. Notaries must, of course, follow the Notary Public Law. To be a notary in PA, you must live or work in PA, "work" meaning your employer must have a physical location in PA, not just a mailing address.

Go to http://www.dos.state.pa.us/bcel/ and click "Notaries" in the left column to learn about becoming a PA notary.
