PDF Slow Printing ???


I am having problems printing some PDF Docs...... I have an HP 3030 --- sometimes 75 page docs print in less than 5 mins -- other times will take almost 30 mins..... (????)

Any input....

Do a search for "PDF" and "SLOW". You will find many messages. In particular, msg #18810 describes the most common reason for slow printing PDF files.

This has happened to me a lot in the past. Someone on another board suggested changing your dpi to 600. I tested it on the last set of slow printing docs I had and it worked! When you click to print go down and click custom settings, click on details, then change the dpi to 600. I also changed to "use more memory". Worked for me!
