Don't be so hard on him. Sounds like a typical response from a guy from Jersey. You know they all went to public school in NJ.

Funny, I don't see either anonymous person providing an answer to the original question either. You're going to criticize others for the type of help they offer without actually offering any of your own? Nice.

I was going to post a message saying that the original poster had been around here long enough to know better than post without searching first, but decided against it. Now I find myself loudly seconding CaliNotary's post.

"You know they all went to public school in NJ."

you know now I am taking offense to that because I was raised in NJ and just recently relocated to NE PA. Can we not start this crap again. I think I did very well going to public schools in NJ. Thank you!

As far as his comment it was uncalled for. There are "newbies" on here all the time and maybe they do not know how the search function works. We are not computer literate either. If you don't care to answer their question then just move on...no need to make such a rude remark. We are here to help each other out.

"no need to make such a rude remark"

What exactly is so rude about "The board has a nice function "Search" works well"? Absolutely nothing, it's a perfectly civil and appropriate response. You obviously didn't care to answer the question so why didn't you take your own advice and "just move on"?

That is not the rude remark I was talking about - this is "Don't be so hard on him. Sounds like a typical response from a guy from Jersey. You know they all went to public school in NJ."

There is no call for that crap on here....maybe you should read the message before you respond to something....why can't some of you cut other people some slack....we all haven't been on this probably as long as some of you have...you guys just jump all over people when they post a legitimate question.

I was responding to this:

Sure looks like the "rude comment" is referring to the search function to me. If you're going to change subject in mid paragraph it would be best if you started a new paragraph so it's clear what you're talking about. We're not mind readers in here, we can only respond to what you choose to put out there.

And the New Jersey comment was an obvious attempt at humor. Lighten up.

Calinotary,

I agree with you 100 percent. Plus the fact, even if the poster does do a search he probably isn't going to get too far with "peachtre".
