Peachtree settlement funding

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what states Peachtree settlement is affiliated with ? Do they deal with the state of California? Are they nationwide or just Florida and New York? I ask alot of questions don't I? HA,HA!

Don't know about California or whether they are national, but they are active in Michigan, as I hadled a signing for them last week.

yes peachtree does attempt to do business in CA they occasionally have tv ads and they are still trying to purchase an annuity payment that I cashed out last year. I keep telling them ( and J>G Wentworth) that the money has been received and spent but they don't take me off their list
