Printer/Copier issues

I have a HP Laserjet 3015 Printer, copier, fax, scanner. I'm having issues when I copy documents, or when a fax comes in. I have a white line down the page. Can anyone help me figure out what it is. I've change my toner cartridge. not it.

I had that happen to my printer which is a brother. I called brother and they instructed me to open the printer and clean a glass inside the printer. After I did that, it was fine.

Though Margaret has a good idea, I found that after two packages with this type of problem on faxed Hud 1 - SS it was the Title Co's scanning. (Also have 3015).

I realize this is not the same printer, but with the 3330

If you go through the menu there is a self cleaning feature. You just press this option, and it usually takes care of lines.
