Re: Le's Express Signing

I did a signing from them once and it took almost 2 months to get paid. I called them, no response. I e-mailed her, received an e-mail back stating 'Oops sorry, check will be overnighted.' No check received. E-mailed her a second time to let her know I did not receive payment 'OK, it'll go out today'. No check received. E-mailed her a third time, and yes this was all in one week, requested the tracking number for the package so I can track it own my own an amazingly that one actually went out FedEx. Yes it only took me a week to get paid after initial contact, but I hate having to hold someone's hand to make sure they do their job right. If I wouldn't have been persistent in receiving payment I bet she would have never mailed it.

Re: Le's Express Signing

I did a closing for them and it took about 2 months for me after the same run around, so i tol dthem i know that it is not protocol, but i would be contacting the title company making them aware of this situation and that i owuld report thme to any/all notary chat forums and i received full fee for a loan that the borrowers did sign.
