That is a good question, I was just about to sign up with them!

Did you get the same email I did? Seems like their standard fee is reasonable, however, they require 100,000 E & O, the company I get mine through only goes up to 50,000.

I must have. I did a search and nothing came up so I am assuming they are a good company. I only have the standard $25,000.00 E&O for my state. I am not sure if they will accept that or not but I wont go higher!

They emailed me too. I only have what my state requires for insurance, but when I sent my info, they gave me a Id and pw for their site.

I was just wondering if anyone has worked with them and had any problems. I couldn't find anything on here about them.

Mary,

Where on their site does it say they require any E&O insurance?

I looked everywhere, and the only thing I noticed was a saying on the notary welcome page that they don't require it, but some of their clients do, and that it helps to have it.

I even looked on the contractors agreement, and couldn't find it there either.

Please help.

Thanks,
Anthony
