This is a follow-up to the saga of accepting three assignments with the above company.

I am happy to report I just received an overnight pkg with checks for the first two assignments (completed at the beginning of March). They now only owe me for the last assignment. This is the one they claimed I messed up (although the borrower made changes to the rates, percentages, etc., so the docs obviously had to be redone) and after a 4 hour signing (1st and 2nd) the first time, no way I was going back for free to redo all of the paperwork (which is what they asked!) including downloading all of the new paperwork!!!!. The person I spoke to in their Ft. Lauderdale office said "they" would not pay me for all of the other jobs if I did not take the redo. But obviously, they were more scrupulous (sp?) than their closers (or whatever they are called) and actually sent payment.

Even though they made me feel bad, I am starting to feel more confident in my work. Therefore, now that they have sent payment for these two, and will probably send payment for the third, I actually would not mind doing more work for them!

Sick, huh! LOL
