Servicelink is now National Link??
I just took an overnight from Servicelink, but the confirmation has National Link on the header. Has there been a name change? By the way, they met my fee and no crap about $55 for overnight. Is it possible that all the negative information has caused a name change?

Servicelink and National Link are two different companies under the same ownership (I believe). I say this because they sent me two different invoices to use. One said Servicelink; the other National Link. The girl at Service Link told me to use the invoice for the corresponding company that called me for service. She told me that if I used a Servicelink invoice for a National job I may not get paid or pay would definitely be delayed. Be careful.

A little off the subject, but important information. I completed 3 closings for Service Link recently. One in January and the other two in February. I recently received payment for the 2 Feb signings, but still haven't received payment for the January signing. I have mailed the invoice to them twice and faxed it once. I spoke with them again today, and they asked me to mail it again (3rd time). Though this may not qualify them for the "BAD CO" list, it certainly is a pain in the bottom to have to keep sending them the same information in an effort to be paid for work that I completed 2 months ago.

Re: ServiceLink, NationalLink, AssetLink ...
... are all inter-related. WWW.ServiceLinkLp.com WWW.AssetLinkLp.Com and WWW.NationalCityMortgage.Com are three Sites. So far, there is no NationalLink Site.

Re: ServiceLink, NationalLink, AssetLink ...
the person who established the appointment identified themselves as Servicelink, but the confirmation had the Nationallink on the letterhead.

Re: ServiceLink, NationalLink, AssetLink ...
I have been doing closing for Service Link and National Link since December, yet the do have all the rules and regulations and you must follow them to a tee, or it will delay you getting paid, but they require that you mail (mail only) your invoice with all the closings at the end of the month and they cut one check, and do use the appropriate invoice, if it says national link, use the national link invoice and vice-versa, I love this company and to date have had no problem's with getting paid, but i send my invoice a couple of days before the end and get paid within a week or two of sending it, but like I said, they will send you alot of closings so you need to be careful and do it correctly.................

Yet another reason so many of us stopped doing work for Servicelink. They really are one of the biggest pain in the butt companies to work for with all of their little idiotic rules and regulations. And they don't pay enough to make it worthwhile to put up with them.

National Link site
It is www.nationallinklp.com Use your same vendor numbers and passwords here too. I have never had any problems with them. Payment or otherwise. Except the usual Full Spectrum docs being last minute.
