Settlement Statement

What page does the borrower sign on the Hud or Settlement Statement I have one with lines on the first page that says please sign and the second page has lines with the borrows name underneath to sign I have never seen this before I am not sure if the borrow sign the first page or not does anyone know?

each company is different, you have to know what you are looking for, i have had some with just initial and sign the last page, some sign every page, and some sign last page........
