Anyone have any recent experience with this company? I've read the past threads, but wondered if they have cleaned themselves up??

When they called me to do one of their $50 Helocs, I accepted because they told me they paid within 30 days. Signing went smooth, Mortgage recorded, yet it took me 5 months to collect that lousy $50. From what I have read on the board, I am not the only one with this complaint. As a matter of fact, I've never read on any board that someone actually got paid on time. Not worth all the collection efforts for $50.

I've read before that they're the same as Sign on the X, who has a poor reputation.
