Re: Test docs
I have seen a number of posting re: test docs (for printers)and samples of loan docs (for newbies).
I am going to get the following set up within a couple of weeks. A refi package - in Adobe format with mixed sizes A heloc in adobe A heloc in word. other?
It will take some time, which is always in short supply. I am going to have to edit existing e-docs to remove any information that could cause me trouble with RESPA.
I will keep you posted on progress.

Re: Test docs
Art, I also think this would be a great help.
I have a small, 20 page, set of purchase docs in Adobe format. They are mixed legal/letter. I will be happy to "sanitize" these and send them to you if that will help.
Please let me know as I’m not comfortable keeping docs longer than necessary.

Re: Art-You're the Man!
I am all of the above. Although I have come across my own resources for some loan docs and other forms that need to be notarized, its hard to get alot of them. As far as the printing thing goes, Charm helped me out alot, but I wont take that leap until I know my printer will print a regular set of docs, especially with all the horror stories I hear on here about getting loan docs late via email. Thank you for doing this, and have a great day!
