TN,
How did you get them to pay you? I've been waiting for four months now and not a word from them. Boy, did I learn my lesson!

Just out of curiosity has anyone been contacted by them lately to do a signing?

I talked with someone at ILS yesterday and she told me he has closed up shop. The phone number has been disconnected.

Just dropping a note to say "I finally got paid from Tommy Sirianni" I did the closing on 8/12/04, check was dated 10/15/04 and mailed 4/5/05. Only after I filed a complaint with the Licensing Board of NY and mailed him a copy of the complaint did I get paid, that is what I believe worked.

Congratulations, Debbie. You did what I have been telling people to do: contact the Bar (at least I assume the Licensing Board is the Bar licensing board). If a lawyer embarks upon a scheme to defraud, which I think is what Siriani has done, the Bar will sit up and take notice. I would urger everyone else owed money to follow Debbie's lead.
