Tim...Last phrase for MA Subpoena

In RE: to your comment earlier:

The last thing you can include on your subponea issued at your hand and seal is:

"Hereof fail not, as you will answer your default under the pains and penalites in the law in that behalf made and provided.

Dated at __________ the _____ day of _______, 2005 A.D.

______________________
Blah Blah, Notary Public "

OR

"Failure to abide a Subpoena issued at the hand of a Notary Public without adequate excuse may be deemed a contempt of court.

Dated at __________ the _____ day of _______, 2005 A.D.

______________________
Blah Blah, Notary Public "

Remember Tim, a Subponea is a writ, therefore, pursuant to Rules of Court you may alter it (subponea [writ]) from time to time. But you must keep it in the proper headings and format. Wording may be changed.

Re: Correction to 2nd phrase

Is there a reason why you are using this board for personal emails?

He's desperate for attention. Best to just ignore him and hope he crawls back under his rock ASAP.

Re: Correction to 2nd phrase

Cali.... I've learned something about you with numerous people sending me emails about you and your reputation.

And despite me trying to act civil with you, you're making matters worse.

Look, with all do respect, I know your "attractions" and have learned what makes you excited. I have nothing against people like you, but millions of people are biased against your type of relationship wanting practices. What I investigated explains alot about you and your "bitchy" attitude on this board. So I FORGIVE YOU. I THINK IT'S TIME TO GET OFF MY LITTLE YOUNG ASS.

Therefore, please let's grow up or the truth will be posted and let's see who "the people" take more seriously. Move on Cali and get off my back.

To Becky

Yes Becky there is a reason...... I'm trying to help a fellow notary in discussing notarial procedures for my state.

The reason I posted it here is so other future notaries wondering the same thing could just bring up the message and the answer would be revealed. I thought that was common sense and practice.

On this board people talk about their ex-partners, children, and the likes, so why haven't you posted anything to alert them of your grave "concern"? If your character is biased in nature then somebody should take you out of office. What state are your from again? I wanna say California, or another state that has hundreds of thousands of notaries. Am I right?

Granted my state only has approximately 190,000 notaries with a population of about 6.5 million people, therefore we're busy and don't have time for game playing childish crap. Please move on, I won't be leaving this board anytime soon because my office (not public office) uses Notary Rotary for all business required products.

Notary Rotary is an excellent environment. And given that they are prompt with their services to my office, I refuse to just up and leave this board.

Thank You,
Korey

Re: Korey

It's a shame that you murdered your reputation here, before you had a chance to become known, and I don't know of anyone in the NotRot group would respect anything you say or boast about. Now, you're going to start threatening people? You really need to be more mature and realize your mistakes and move on. Maybe it would be a better idea to consider starting over on another notary board. Most of us can spot a manipulative, deceptive person in seconds. You will always be responded to (if at all) in a negative manner. Also, if there is a question about something through e-mail, it doesn't need to be posted here, you aren't the NotRot teacher and if we all posted what we thought would be useful to others, it would be ridiculos to say the least. By continuing to post here, you will only be hurting yourself even more. Do you not realize that many SS's read this material??
