United Notaries

I did a signing for United Notaries on 12/22/04 and have not received my agreed fee yet. I waited more than 30 days then called them. I was told that my check #//// was mailed 2/8th or 9th/05. I again contacted them on 2/18/05 by 2 emails & a couple more phone calls as I was worried check was lost in the mail. On the last call I was told that she was waiting for information from someone & would let me know what she found out about tracing the check.

Has anyone worked for them & had this problem. I am a patient person but I am almost ready to contact my attorney to collect my fee + stated late charges.

Not to add insult to injury, but United Notaries is on a No-No list posted here. It was posted by Art-MD and agreed by many.
