Wanted: A Rhode Island notary, ...

... preferably near Westerly, or at least near the Connecticut border. I've gotten several calls for RI work that I cannot do because RI requires notary candidates to be registered RI voters.

I would like to establish a mutually beneficial reference relationship. So far, the only RI notaries I've found are in or near Providence. Please note that I'm not looking for an attorney, but a fellow NSA.

Thanks, Bobbi, but I'm looking for someone who won't be competing with me in CT. He is within five miles of me.
