I tried the search function. What is a refinance witness only signing?

Second request: Post your state abbreviation.

It will help all of us help you if you include your two-letter state abbreviation in your name. Thank you.

A "Witness-Only" signing means that you act as a notary and witness only. You do not provide financial or legal advice.

Firt of all, I agree with Ernest -- put your state abbreviation in your sign-on name.

As for an answer to your question, what SS are we answering this question for?

Good catch, Carolyn!

I hadn't even thought of it being on a test! (Blushing)

Re: Good catch, Carolyn!

If there's a way for me to add my state to my user name I would love to know how. I'm in CA. Being new I was hoping the answer was that simple. I know that as a SA I cannot give any legal advise and since I am only a SA I know I couldn't give any other advice either.

State with name in posts

When you fill in the "Author" field, simply add an underscore, slash, etc., after your name.
