Usually the affidavit death of trustee will have a jurat. The trust certification or certification of trustees under trust needs to be filled out by the borrower - I assume they are the trustees of a trust? This form usually is required to be notarized and has an acknowledgment. The preliminary change of ownership report is usually attached to a deed, and the borrower needs to sign it if he/she is the grantee in a deed to be recorded. Are you in California? Good luck.

Thank you very much, yes I am in california. You said the affidavit death of trustee has a jurat, yes it does, however, it does not say "notary seal" does that mean I don't notarize it?

You will want to be sure and use the new Calif. wording required as of 1/1/05 for the jurat. You can attach a loose jurat to the document. If it has the jurat wording that's the type of notarization that is required.
