I've been going thru that with BancServ. Twice quoted $75, agreed, and received $50. Going back over the confirmation, I see they didn't have the agreed fee on it. Lesson learned. Don't assume they will give you the fee unless it is writing.

Re: Interstate Closings reduced fee

When you have a complaint about a company please put the company's name in the Subject field. It will help everyone. Thanks.

Did Interstate Closings reduce your fee because you alledgedly failed to do something or supposedly did something you weren't to do? Or the loan didn't fund? That is, did they tell you that your fee was being reduced or did they just give you less money without explanation?

Re: Interstate Closings reduced fee

I e-mailed them to thank them for the biz and ask how it went after it should have funded. Nothing.
They were nice and there was constant e-mailing before the closing and they are a company that wants an invoice, which after I faxed, was e-mailed and told they got it. I would assume everything was correct, I didn't get a call back. I sent in a fax yesterday...nothing. I don't know, there was no explanation.

Re: Interstate Closings reduced fee

I did a closing ones, Went through the whole closing when borrowers realized the rate was wrong. They called lender and was agreed a new set of doc's had to be drawn. I called the ss they asked me if i would go out again earlie next morning with new doc's. They would pay me again same fee.. When they paied me they only paied me half the fee for second signing. I faxed them and called them sent them copy of bouth work orders. The answear i got was we can only pay half a fee for second trip, they didnt even care that they had agrreed and faxed to me a confirmation for a full fee.
