I've searched and found everything I need on how thw borrower must sign using POA for another but I can't find how he must initial and this lender wants every page either signed or initialed. All 114...
Any advice?

Whenever I've had a POA... I have the agent initial for themselves of course (separately) and when they are initialling as agent, I have them initial as follows: (example)...

"MIA by MIT, Agt"...

I've never had a problem.

I've always used "MIA by MIT, AIF"

Never had any problems either.
