If this is Insured Closings from Ohio...I have never worked for them because they needed a HELOC connection here which I could not provide. However, I think I have seen good things about them.

Im not sure where they are from. So far I have only received the confirmation and instructions. The title company to send back the docs is Ohio though.

They will pay more the $50. They are a good company. They write checks on the 21st of the month.
