question[Assignment of Mortgage]
Okay, it is 11:30 at night and I have been going non stop all day, and maybe I am just having a brain freeze, but I am reviewing some docs for a very early signing tomorrow and this caught my eye.
In Witness Whereof, the undersigned has caused this instrument to be executed as a sealed instrument by its duly authorized officers. [Title Co.] Dated: March 31, 2005
_____________________ ________________________
State of OK
County of_________
On [date] , before me, the undersigned, a notary Public for said County and State personally appeared __________ AND __________ personally known to me to be the person(s) that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that they are AND
[page 2]
respectively of [Title Co.]
and that they exectued the foregoing instrument and affixed its seal as its duly authorized officers and that such execution was done as the free act and deed of [title co].
________________ Notary
So, okay, I am sure that this is for the Title Company, BUT the 2 sig lines are throwing me off. lol, I think I am entirely OVER analyzing this. Please relieve my weary brain!!
Thanks in advance
Chris
