APS Title in PA

Has anyone done anything for this company? They called me to do a signing last night but I was booked then my appt. at that time cancelled and was frantically trying to call them to let them know I had an opening and couldn't find a number. Voila - they called me today for the same signing for this Sat. Guess they didn't find anyone last night.
