AZ-Constant ID problems

Anybody have constant ID problems? AZ DLs don't expire until the person is 65 so some people have had the same one literally FOREVER and it is totally trashed. Most of the ones that I get have very fuzzy pictures and I have to either rely on another ID or credible witnesses for the 'satisfactory evidence". Does anybody use the ID lights and do they work?
