If you are signed up with notary rotary they will call you if they have something in your area and then you don't have to pay the fee. Their actually not very strict about the fee. If you fax in your info to Desirae or Heather they will gladly enter your info into their system and call you as soon as they get one in your area! I think their fax # is (949) 587-8640. I've had a lot of signings with them and they have been great. It is about 45 days to get paid but if you ever call they send the check right out. Just my expierence with them.
