Ask BrendaTX. She has an EXCELLENT newsletter on this subject.....and she's a WONDERFUL mentor. I too wanted to do this type of work, and her info gave me MUCH MORE insight into the field.

Brenda Tx,

Do you actually go under housed and on the roof tops for your inspections? I'm curious

because I was considering taking that on also, but since I don't care for creepy things

(spiders) too much I thought appraisals would be better.

No roof climbing thus far, but roof viewing - Yes.

I don't find crawl spaces where I do inspections.
