Affidavit of Support ?
I have been asked to witness one of these. The wording is:
Subscribed and sworn to (affirmed) before me this _______ day of ___________________at __________________________.
My question is what goes after the "AT". My first thought was the address where they were put under oath. So even if we do this at McDonalds, this would be the address I put??? My second thought was the time of the notarization goes in there??
