Agency Agreement on the Work Orders System

What advantage is there to creating an Agency Agreement on the Work Orders System?

Work Order System

I need to take Work Order 101 I guess. I've read some (not all I admit) postings and am not getting it. I have created agency agreements with 4 of the SS so that I can rate them and I've completed one Work Order.

What I'm not understanding is the purpose and who looks at the work orders. Is it just for my personal use, or do the SS I deal with look at them as well?

I use them both for my own purpose -- first, the work orders immediatley show me what SSs I have signed up with. Work orders allow me to input info for each signing I accept through SSs that I have created an agency agreement with (i.e., borrower names, date/time of signing, tracking numbers, etc.)
