My experience is that it is pretty bad. Dealt with two different offices. Neither wanted to pay me. One said she never even called me. So I sent her the small claims forms I picked up and gave her a deadline for payment. She has 10 days. Curious to see what happens. I will take them to court. Dealt with another office and they said the loan was cancelled and that I should try to collect from the lender.
