Billing program

Which program is the best for our profession?

The majority (90% - my experience) of SS/TC don't want an invoice or if they do( <10%), they want it on their own form (i.e. service link). If I need an invoice, I have blanks (word format) I just fill in and send.

notarydepot.com

notarydepot.com allows you to generate invoices that look very nice. I don't really have a "billing system" other than diarying reminders in my Palm Pilot to remind me when 30 days has expired since billing a SS. Not very high tech, I know. My motto is KISS (keep it simple stupid)

Hi Art,

Will you email me the invoice word document that you use? I would really appreciate it!
