CA Witness Requirements
I have a signing this afternoon for investment property in CA. Does CA require witness(es) on the DOT??
lol, random question popped into head as I was doing laundry. I searched the CA SOS website, and am now able to recite the applicable penal code, but didn't see anything specifically addressing my question.... although maybe it was because I was so intent on reading the code!
