Clear Capital

I would like to start doing field inspections and came across this company. On their website, it looks like you have to be a certified inspector. Just wanting to clarify if this is the case. Has anyone done field inspections for them?

I have done a few for them. Just property inspections, you take a few pics and give some description. upload into web site. Very easy. Only pays 12 to 20$ I've done ones in my area only. worth it if it's close.

I did $7,000 woth of inspections for them last year. It was well worth it for me. $2,000 worth of inspections cost me $300 in gas. So a approximately a $1700 profit was worth it to me.
