I think we should have this co in our head if they ever call you. Like Colleen said. We are not working on commission; If we do complete a closing and it was done error free, its not our problem if borrower cancel
because x reason.

You are correct Sylvia. I just received an email from them a few days ago about updated my profile on their NEW web site. I have yet to get a call for a clsoing though. I think I will turn it down.

Have done 3 jobs for them. Easy people to deal with. Always got paid so i guess my closings funded.

I have never been called by them, I have only received email regarding a closing in my area and to log on to tell them if I were available for the signing and what my fee would be. Twice I was out at a signings and couldn't take the assignment because it was too late and already gone and the third time I was available but didn't get the signing. Maybe they didn't like the fee I was requesting but it was the going rate so if they were less than that I wouldn't have wanted it nor would I want to work for an SS that does not pay because the loan didn't fund.
