Closing Agents here?

On Thursday, I will begin a class to become a Closing Agent, by the advice of a Broker that I have dealt with. Are the fees to provide closing much better than strictly being a Signing Agent. If so, how much better?

How are you taking a class? Online?

Well, as a "Closing Agent" will you be performing anything differently than you are doing as a Notary? If not, then this should answer your question. We treat all of our Notaries as Closing Agents whether they take a class or not.

More responsibility as a "Closing Agent" than as a signing agent.

Just look at the "Closing Instructions" on a loan package!
