Ditech loan- Id

I am doing a Ditech loan for Global Notary this am. Of course no one is there for the weekend and all their after hours phone numbers are either " no longer in service" or dead end. Murphy's law
My question is this:
On the buyer Identification Certificate, they have typed in the name of another person as the notary that has examined the Id's. But there is no signiture. The Id portion has what looks like a SS# typed in the Drivers License portion. Is this a mess or and example? I plane to scratch the name and put mine in. Has anyone else run into this?

DiTech is very picky about their BIC form. Just line thru/initial the other notary's name, put yours and make sure the ID spaces are all completed with borrower's information. Be sure to sign the bottom!
