EFAX

Has anyone been having trouble with faxing back to efax numbers? I have been having trouble all week . I get the message poor line conditions. So i call and get a regular fax number and it will go right thru. I have a Brother Intellifax 1820C. I was hoping some of you office machine tech's had some advice.
