ENJOA

Does anyone know the lastest on Enjoa. I pulled up some information from last year from different notaries. I seems interesting, but impratical because of standardization from state to state and lender to lender, also security issues, if we have people getting into databases already this adds more complications.
Another issue is how do you get a borrower to let you take there picture, fingerprint and signature.
I can just see the look on the clients face.

Maybe someone has done this already with no hitch, it seems out there.

Thanks,

ENJOA is simply an Electronic notary journal of Official Acts.

I really has nothing to do with Lenders. It is a way to automate one's paper journal.

It is not impractical because the standardization & security issues that you mention are a non point.

I think you are thinking of ENJOA as being e-notarization of loan documents; although it may be a platform for the future, currently ENJOA is simply an Electronic notary journal of Official Acts. I have tested it out.

I think you would be surprised at the client/borrower reaction.
Again it is an electronic Journal.
I THINK YOU ARE CONFUSING ENJOA WITH SOMETHING ELSE.
I would be more than happy to discuss the benefits of ENJOA with you.

Please do! :-)

Stephanie, I'd like very much to hear of your experience with ENJOA. I'm in Ohio, which is one of the states "spearheading" this technology. What are the main benefits, in your mind?

Thanks for sharing!

Electronic Journal in Texas

Legislation has been introduced to allow us to keep a journal electronically. It will not require ENJOA technology by the way it has been stated.

Stephanie I have had nothing but problems with @enjoa and the @enjoa support not being honest with me. For instance first they sent me 1.1 when that would not work in my brand new Dell laptop with windowsXP I noticed that they were pushing @enjoa 2.0 I asked why I did not have that they told me it really was not out yet and sent me software 1.1.Well that did not work either! So next they send me 2.0 I have to pay a computer pro to help me download and set up 2.0 next the camera does not work, enjoa support tells me it must be the camera when they send me a new one with NEW SOFTWARE for a enjoa installation. This is over a two week period. Now I can't access @enjoa on my new laptop because @enjoa will not take anything but @@@@@. So I am very disapointed, sorry for the bitching but when you used @enjoa under what circumstance was it?
