I'm a stickler on fees but I am in an area where I can be that way.. but here's what I would do in that situation and I get paid. Since you are in CA.. you might have to be more flexible but you are worth money, the job is worth money and you should fight for what you are worth!

Borrower didnt show? $75.00
Borrower signed half?* $75.00
Borrower refused to sign? $75.00
Borrower cancell in the next 72 hours (RTC) $75.00

In all of these situations you showed and did your job.

CXL with more than 2 hours notice $0.00

CXL with less than 2 hours notice $35.00 plus printing fees if Edoc.
