Found another company that pays promptly

CDS signing service is one of the fastest paying SS I have ever dealt with. I did a signing for them on 4/30/05 and was paid on 5/6/05. When I asked the young lady if this was a net-30 she was shocked and stated, we pay w/in 2 weeks of the date of signing. It is a $50 signing, but is was a heloc and .3 miles away from my front door. I did this along with my regulars.

As I previously posted, I know we like to bash the no/slow pays, but I also like to praise the fast pays. As an aside, their package was a small worldsavings loan, which only required one notarization.

I do alot of World Savings they are wonderful. In and out in a flash....better than chocolate? hmmm.......... nah chocloate is just so much more satisfying.

Belgium Chocalate two thumbs up

Yeah the world savings are great. I was so surprised that I did not have a gaggle of docs to notarize. The address previously listed is the same. These people were very nice and the packet was overnighted to boot.

Belgian chocolate is the best. I used to have a friend (when I was back in England) that took the ferry over to Belgium regularly and she would always pick me up some of the Belgian chocolate. It is to die for!
