I am an hour from Frazier Park. Too far away for you?

It depends on what you would charge for this signing.

Do you have edocs or would you have the docs on location? May I have your email address?

If you are a serious notary you would not use anonymous.

PLEASE Stop using "Anonymous", you won't be taken seriously.

Stop using "Anonymous", it makes you look like a lump of coal.

For those who don't know, Frazier Park is on the I-5 on the north side of the Grapevine. More than likely the notaries that cover that area will be in Bakersfield(which is north) or Valencia(which is south). Possibly Lancaster Palmdale area(which is east).

AJ, you are looking at probably an hours drive for anyone you get, so be prepared for a higher than normal fee.

I'll do it for $300 Smiley

there is no notary that should charge $300 hundred for a closing unless they are an attorney or if they are signing mutipule sets of docs or if they have to travel 4-5 hours for the signing. 1 hour away is not that far i have notary's that travel 2 hours out of there way for $150 or less.

I never said that >>I<< was an hour away, I said most of the notaries who would cover Frazier Park would be an hour away. If you have notaries that travel 2 hours one way for less than $150, more power to you. Personally, I like to MAKE money on signings instead of breaking even or losing money.

By the way, one could make the assertion that no SS should make $50 to $100 for calling a notary to do a signing, but SS's do it everyday. That is the way capitalism works, offer a service and hope someone is willing to pay what you want to do it. Or find someone who is willing to do it for less and keep the change.

Have a great day!!!

Your atrocious grammar and spelling and lack of comprehenison aren't making you look to intelligent either.

Cali,

Maybe you should do it, about 1.5 hours for you if you miss traffic, isn't it? Well, I guess it also depends on how you drive. Smiley

According to mapquest it's 72.19 miles. I've never even heard of Frazier Park and don't show it on any of my rate sheets. But what the hell, I'll do it for $185 for overnight docs.

You might want to work on your grammar and spelling before saying I look dumb. If you do, I'll make sure I don't work for any SS out of MA. Smiley

By the way, there is no city by Frazier Park(unless you consider Gorman a city), which is why someone's going to have to drive an hour to get there.

"now you have a nice day"

Thank you very much, I will have a nice day!!

Dont' piss him off Jon. Remember, he works for a signing company and has the power to make sure none of the other ones use you. You'll go bankrupt. THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!!
