There are many that are good. I did one for Hatton & Associates on the 13th and I got the check today. They called me yesterday for a signing, I feel bad I had to turn it down as I had two back to back around the same time. Now the one that told me they pay by the 15th and then told me the check is in the mail, now I am beiing ignored. Well we have many of thouse too.

Thier website says that "Countrywide Home Loans are streamlined and easy to sign our base pay is $50 per signing. " A few questions reguarding this. Was it a Countrywide? Did they pay more than $50? How many pages were in the package?

It was a countrywide, and you can negotiate your fee with them on the phone. as for pages, hm. i dont remember. but it wasnt near as many as an ameriquest loan. lol!

I have two outstanding invoices to GoldenSage, one from mid-April and one from early May. I hope these are simply oversights (like sending the checks to the wrong notary, as has been a problem in the past with some other agencies). Due to a very hectic month end (still one more day to go), I have not had the chance to contact them, but will on Wednesday to see what's cookin'.
